Kirk Henckels, Executive Vice President
Stribling & Associates, New York, New York
Kirk Henckels, Executive Vice President and Director of Stribling Private Brokerage, holds an Economics Degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the former President of Edward Lee Cave, Inc. where he was for many years the senior officer in charge of that company’s luxury real estate brokerage. Subsequently, he joined Elizabeth Stribling as founding director of Stribling Private Brokerage, which is the luxury division of Stribling & Associates for properties over $5 million. In 25 years of luxury real estate experience, his clients have included many of New York’s most prominent families and individuals for whom discretion and professionalism are of utmost importance. As a former corporate banker, Mr. Henckels is well versed in the business intricacies of negotiating and marketing distinctive properties.


Arthur Sterbcow, President
Latter & Blum Companies, New Orleans, Louisiana
Arthur Sterbcow entered the real estate industry in 1977 specializing in residential and investment properties. In 1988, he was appointed Vice President of Residential Sales for Latter & Blum, managing all residential and commercial offices in outlying branches. Subsequently, Latter & Blum grew to be the largest real estate organization in the Gulf South, acquiring 16 real estate companies and expanding to Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Louisiana, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. On January 1, 1995, Arthur was appointed President of Latter & Blum, Inc. His experience managing diverse offices and instilling high morale has been of tremendous value in Latter & Blum’s strategy of acquisitions and the merging of diverse corporate cultures. Arthur has the distinction of being one of only two Realtors in the Gulf South and one of a handful in the nation who have achieved the CCIM, CRB, CRS, GRI, ABRM and ABR designations. He is a member of the Realtor’s Land Institute and a licensed instructor for the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Arthur recently was appointed by the Governor of Louisiana to a property insurance task force to recommend specific programs to the Louisiana Legislature and the State Insurance Commissioner. He also recently testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Banking Committee on property insurance reform.


Rodney Dillard, Vice-President

Rodney Dillard launched his real estate career in 1962 with Previews, Inc., the premier international real estate marketing company. He became Vice-President, concentrating on the marketing of luxury properties throughout Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. During his tenure, he sold several large islands, which included Whale Cay, Rudder Cut Cay and Norman’s Cay in the Bahamas. In 1975, he started Illustrated Properties, Inc., in Palm Beach, which evolved into Illustrated Properties International. In 1979 Rodney joined Sotheby’s International Real Estate as Senior Vice-President in charge of operations in the Southeastern United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. In 2003 he opened the Illustrated Properties Real Estate, Inc., office in Palm Beach at 249 Royal Palm Way, which concentrates on the sale of luxury properties in Palm Beach, with 25 offices in Palm Beach County, annual sales in excess of $2 billion and over 550 sales associates. In addition, he currently is President of Illustrated Properties International, which specializes in the marketing of properties in the Bahamas and the Caribbean.


Roger R. Campbell, President

Roger began his real estate career in 1973 and was one of the original founders of the Kentwood Company in 1981. Roger’s experience in corporate relocation is substantial. Incoming executives get Roger’s interested attention and benefit from his thorough market knowledge. Roger, showing only the properties and communities that best fit his buyers’ requirements, efficiently conducts home searches. Then he expertly assists his buyers through their purchase and on to their enjoyment of life in Colorado. Combined with his duties as President of The Kentwood Company, Roger still is very active in day-to-day sales, averaging over $15 million in sales volume annually.


Douglas Stevens, President

A third generation Greenwich native, Doug has specialized in the sale of high-end residential real estate for the past 30 years. In 1975, upon graduating from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, Doug began his career with the Greenwich office of William Pitt Real Estate. In 1978 he was appointed office manager and in 1985 Senior Vice President, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Greenwich, Stamford, Darien and New Canaan offices. In 1995, he began a new venture with Sotheby’s International Realty, founding its first office in Greenwich. Under his leadership, Sotheby’s quickly achieved the number one market share position in Greenwich with a staff of 30 full time professional agents. In 2005, Doug founded Greenwich Fine Properties, a local boutique company specializing in all facets of residential brokerage. In its first year, GFP has achieved over $350,000,000 in listings and sales dollar volume activity and has been chosen to be the exclusive Greenwich representative for Residence International magazine. The firm has also been chosen by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World to represent their clients in the local marketplace.


Robert M. Briggs, Broker/Owner

Vision and dynamism are the two characteristics that have propelled Robbie Briggs to the forefront of the Dallas real estate market.
