Alan Scearce

Alan Scearce serves as Senior Vice President for John L. Scott Real Estate and is responsible for implementing key strategic initiatives in the areas of marketing, recruiting and agent services. He has over 18 years of management experience in residential real estate, technology, marketing, agent services and business development. In the residential real estate industry, he is a proven expert in such areas as brand development, print and broadcast media planning, development of services for residential agents and brokerage firms, transaction management systems and personal marketing for agents. He has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Sheryl Vieira
Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc., Sarasota, Florida
Sheryl Vieira directs the marketing and public relations program for the Sarasota division of Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, one of the state’s largest high-end real estate brokerage firms. Her forte is the marketing of the luxury home segment of the real estate market. She is active as a member of the Florida Public Relations Association, the Young Professional Group of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and the Advisory Board of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida. She has been recognized for her marketing and public relations for the Junior League of Sarasota and has received two Addy Awards for a project she worked on for two consecutive years.

Eric Burgund
Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Vail, Colorado
Eric Burgund serves as the Director of Marketing for the 25 offices and 140+ brokers of Slifer Smith & Fampton, managing the overall direction of marketing initiatives including technology, print materials, newspaper/magazine advertising, media planning, television, developer marketing, affiliations and direct mail. Prior to working in marketing, he assisted one of the company’s top brokers in all aspects of the real estate business. A native of Cape Cod, he holds a degree in Psychology and Advertising from James Madison University in Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys skiing with his wife, Allison, hiking, mountain biking and whitewater kayaking.

Heather Crimmins

Heather Crimmins has been with Illustrated Properties since 2005, when she joined the company in the position of Marketing Assistant. She has since been promoted to Marketing Manager and oversees the marketing efforts of the company and its 550+ Realtors, including the placement of all advertising in Residence International and the coordination of agent participation in its mailing program. She has devoted her entire career to the marketing sector having started out as a Marketing and Development intern for a non-profit child abuse prevention agency in Lake Worth, Florida.

Maya Elisayeff
LandVest, Boston, Massachusetts
Maya Elisayeff joined LandVest as Director of Marketing Operations in 2005, bringing with her over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience. Her distinguished career has seen her building such well-known brands as Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger and DirecTV. Prior to joining LandVest, she utilized her entrepreneurial skills to co-found a 4,000 square foot, family-oriented, arts-and-crafts center. In college, she studied real estate and received her Massachusetts Real Estate license but was recruited into the world of marketing and advertising. She is happy to be at LandVest where she can finally pursue both interests.

Laurie Howard Felton
McEnearney Associates, Inc., Realtors, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC
Laurie Felton has worked for McEnearney Associates for 13 years in a variety of administrative positions. In 2004, she assumed the role of corporate marketing coordinator for the entire company. She is responsible for the development, design, implementation and management of all corporate marketing efforts, including coordinating the needs of four residential offices, the relocation and property management office, 250+ agents and the company’s marketing vendors. She oversees the design and production of Market Watch, the firm’s corporate newsletter which provides an in-depth analysis of the greater metropolitan Washington, DC real estate market.

Lauri Ladd

Lauri Ladd is the Director of Marketing for Champion Realty. As such, she is a member of Champion’s Executive Team and is responsible for the company’s brand identification, Internet technology department and real estate marketing programs. Since joining Champion in 1998, she has helped the company become a leader in the Chesapeake Bay and Annapolis marketplaces of Maryland by its “Intelligent Advertising.” She is a Cum Laude graduate of Frostburg State University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Sarah Railey (left) and Cecelia “Cecil” Senter (right) form the marketing nucleus of Moreland Properties. Sarah is a licensed Realtor and personal assistant to Emily Moreland, the firm’s broker/owner, and handles advertising, event planning, agent matters and relocation. Marketing and advertising decisions are funneled through her and all projects and long-term contracts are managed through her position. Cecil has been with the company for over ten years as their in-house graphic designer. She and two other designers handle most of the company’s design and printing needs, including property flyers, agent mail-outs and print advertising. The coordinated efforts of Sarah and Cecil assure the three Moreland offices and nearly 90 agents that their marketing strategy remains second to none.

Shian Ponder is the Director of Marketing and Advertising for Beverly-Hanks & Associates. She has been with the company for almost thirteen years and coordinates the firm’s ad placement as well the in-house print department. Through her marketing efforts, it is her responsibility to see that the company continues to dominate the real estate market in Western North Carolina as it has done for the last thirty years. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She lives in Asheville with her husband, Darryll, and daughter, Meghan.

Jaime Ramsay has served as the Marketing Coordinator at Stribling & Associates in New York City for the last two years. Since joining the company, she has managed the marketing and advertising accounts of over 200 brokers and has played a vital role as a member of the firm’s growing graphics team. While working toward her bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington, she simultaneously worked in the marketing department of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. A native of Seattle, Washington, she currently resides in New York City where she enjoys spending time with her fiancé.

Peyton Cabano

Peyton Cabano has been with Willis Allen Real Estate for six years. Her tenure began as Advertising Coordinator, then Advertising Director and, ultimately, Marketing Director, where she is responsible for the company’s overall brand management and coordinates individual marketing efforts for the 180-+ agents. She is a native of Carmel-By-The-Sea, California. With a passion for interior design, she attended the San Diego Design Institute and completed coursework for design and art at Mesa College. She also attended Southern Oregon State University and Monterey Peninsula College. Newly married to her husband, Steve, they are looking forward to adding to their family.
