George H. Lane, Chairman of Residence International and its parent company, Regency Publishing Group, has been involved in real estate marketing and publishing since his mid twenties when he published his first title, BROKER’S CHOICE. In 2003, he and 10 of his closest Realtor friends formed RESIDENCE INTERNATIONAL. It was the goal of this initial group to found an exclusive, invitation-only network of the very best real estate brokers that would focus on proactive marketing rather than rely on a storied name to try and promote its properties. Since then, RESIDENCE INTERNATIONAL itself has become a storied name and is the undisputed leader in magazine distribution, demographic reach and digital technology.

Dick Lewis, Managing Editor of Residence International, has been a licensed Realtor for over three decades. Working for the most-respected brokers in his native Houston, Texas, including writing and placing advertising, his experience in all types of market conditions in the upper-end real estate business gives him valuable insight into the nuances of marketing luxury property. In 1989, he teamed with George Lane to assist him in expanding his Pinnacle brand to markets throughout the United States and later performed the same function with the Farm & Ranch titles. He became the logical choice for the position of Managing Editor with Residence International and is charged with the day-to-day running of the operation. Serving as the liaison between the membership and the magazine’s production department, giving final approval on the magazine’s pages, overseeing compilation of each issue and organizing the members’ mail lists, he is the “go-to guy” and “answer man” for both current and prospective members. Having been involved with Residence International since its inception, he is always ready to guide individuals and companies through the membership and production processes. |
